Kevin Prindiville, Executive Director. He can speak to many NSCLC issues, but is an expert on dual eligibles, and general health care policy issues related to low-income older adults. He is based in Oakland, CA.

Paul Nathanson, Special Counsel. A long-time activist for the elderly poor, Nathanson currently leads NSCLC’s efforts on restoring the Supplemental Security Income program.

A nationally known expert on long term services and supports, especially laws that govern nursing homes, assisted living and other facilities, he is also the author of dozens of reports, briefs and books for both advocates and consumers. He is based in Los Angeles.

A widely recognized expert and litigator on Social Security and other income support programs, he is expert on Social Security and SSI as well as LGBT-related and language access issues. He is based in Los Angeles.

An expert on Medicare, MediCal and dual eligible, she is based in Oakland.
