NSCLC works on a number of issues that are directly related to the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or health reform law. In terms of our advocacy, we primarily focus on the parts of the law that affect long term services and supports and dual eligibles. We also are involved in the litigation surrounding the constitutionality of the law.
