Analysis of DRA Changes to Transfer of Assets Rules

NAELA published a guide to changes in the transfer of asset rules as a result of the DRA.

The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) has published a comprehensive analysis of the Deficit Reduction Act changes to the transfer-of-asset rules, which NSCLC helped edit and author. NAELA members should have received a copy of the Journal edition in July. Non-NAELA members who wish to obtain a copy should contact Frances Smith, NAELA Subscription Coordinator, at (520) 881-4005.
