Each issue of NSCLC’s Long-Term Care Law Reporter includes summaries of the recent court cases, administrative decisions, and legislative developments that are important to attorneys working with long-term care issues.

In addition, the Long-Term Care Law Reporter (formerly known as the Nursing Home Law Letter) includes articles exploring legal issues relating to nursing facilities and/or residential care facilities, and assisted living facilities.
