The Federal Rights Project Listserv
Keywords
The Federal Rights Project listserv, including a subscription to the password protected content on the website, is available free of charge to nonprofit public interest advocates.
The listserv provides recent case developments, strategy articles, and a forum for discussion of issues affecting access to federal court to enforce rights under federal law, including rights under civil rights and public benefits statutes. The listserv is not limited to senior issues; our hope is to provide a forum for information and discussion to strengthen all public interest litigants’ access to federal court. We particularly emphasize federalism and access to justice developments. We also provide updates on political developments involving the courts, especially judicial nominations.
