The Project monitors and provides strategic analyses of legal and legislative developments, offers training and assistance to litigators and support for policy advocates, and promotes public awareness of the importance of federal rights in the judicial nominations process. We are not limited to senior issues; we work to strengthen access to justice for all individuals. The Federal Rights Project also maintains a listserv, which provides recent case developments, strategy articles, and a forum for discussion of issues affecting access to federal court to enforce rights under federal law, including rights under civil rights and public benefits statutes. We particularly emphasize federalism and access to justice developments. We also provide updates on political developments involving the courts, especially judicial nominations.
