Training
NSCLC trains more than 2,500 advocates and responds with one-on-one
technical assistance to more than 1,000 requests a year. Our attorneys lecture nationwide on the latest legal developments. To find out more about booking our attorneys for trainings, contact the NSCLC Washington office, or send an e-mail to NSCLC.
Publications
NSCLC alerts advocates
to important developments. We publish
the Washington Weekly, the Nursing Home Law Letter and the Disability Information Mailing. We send regular bulletins and provide in-depth information on our website.
We also publish helpful information on nursing homes, assisted living and other long-term care issues, including Baby Boomer’s Guide to Nursing Home Care; 20 Common Nursing Home Problems—And How to Resolve Them, and Critical Issues in Assisted Living—Who’s In, Who’s Out and Who’s Providing the Care.
